Get active and eco-friendly during Blue & Gold Week! Join the Helwig team for a plogging event, a Swedish trend that combines jogging with picking up litter. Plogging comes from merging “jogging” with “plocka upp” (Swedish for “pick up”).

This event is part of a week-long series of Blue & Gold Day celebrations leading up to North Park’s biggest annual fundraising effort on April 24. Funds raised will support the North Park Fund, Student Care Fund, and Viking Club, ensuring financial assistance and campus improvements for students.
