Kevin Rozario-Johnson, a manager at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is also on the current Senior Leader apprenticeship programme. Kevin Said:
“I never entered higher education. I actually came straight from college and worked my way up through management but got to a point in my career where it felt like having a degree would be of great value. It was something my employer agreed with and supported. They could see potential for me to work at a higher level in the organisation, so we had a conversation and l found this apprenticeship at Ïã¸Û×î¿ì¿ª½±ÏÖ³¡Ö±²¥×ÊÁÏ”
Much of the content for the Senior Leader apprenticeship programme is based on the university’s well established MBA programme, and apprentices may ‘top up’ to a full MBA award by studying two additional modules if they wish.
Applications are now open for start dates of September 2021 and January 2022, with applications closing on 27 August 2021.
